We Have A Collection Agency That Handles Collections For Banks. We Need Telecallers Who Can Make Calls For Banking Procedures And Who Know Basic Excel.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Compliance, Customer acquisition, KYC, Financial products
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone ethical and persuasive
