Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• A confidential, organised attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
