M/S Debjyoti Dutta is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team in Khordha, Bhubaneswar. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Motivating A Team Of 5 Members, Coordinating With Sales Teams, Developing Customer Relations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Report results with clear, actionable insights.
• Research competitors, audiences and market trends
• You'll track campaign performance and optimise for leads and cost.
• Plan and run campaigns across social, search and offline channels
• Manage social media pages and community engagement
• Support events, promotions and brand activations

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Google Ads, Canva, SEO, Analytics
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone curious and trend-aware
