M/S J.J.Imprints Private Limited is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Sector 68 - Noida, Delhi. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping and Typing
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
