Preparation And Baking Of Gourmet & Hand-Made Cookies Production Of Puffs (Veg & Non-Veg) And Savoury Bakery Items Baking Of Artisan Breads Such As Ciabatta, Baguette Preparation Of Breakfast Rolls, Pav, And Buns Production Of Pizza Bases, Kulcha, And Other Flat Breads Preparation Of Cakes, Brownies, Tea Cakes, And Desserts (As Assigned)Assist In Daily Bakery Production Planning And Mise-En-Place Maintain Consistent Quality, Taste, Portioning, And Presentation Follow Hygiene, Cleanliness, And Food Safety Standards (Fssai)Proper Storage, Handling, And Rotation Of Raw Materials & Finished Products Support Senior Bakers/Chef In New Product Development And Trials Follow Opening, Closing, And Production Sops Of The Bakery Section. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Commi1, Desert, Commi2, Head Chef, Bakery

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Bakery, Commi1, Commi2, Desert, Head Chef
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
