A new Back Office role is open at M/S Om, Vashi, Mumbai. Freshers can apply. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Who can apply

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Basic English

• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
