Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, Typing speed, Complaint handling, Verbal communication

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
