Receive And Verify Purchase Invoices, Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, And Related Documents.Match Purchase Orders (Po), Goods Receipt/Material Receipt, And Supplier Invoices.Check Quantities, Rates, Gst, Discounts, Freight, And Other Applicable Charges Before Processing Invoices.Enter Purchase Invoices Accurately. Hindi Speaking Is Mandatory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with GST, Tally, Accounts receivable, TDS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A numerate, accurate attitude

Key responsibilities

• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
