Machinoid Private Limited is looking for an Import Export Executive to join its team in Dwarka Sector 17, Delhi. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month.

Handling All Import-Related Documentation (Bill Of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Entry, Etc.).Coordinating With Freight Forwarders, Custom House Agents (Chas),And Shipping Lines For Smooth Clearance.Ensuring Compliance With Indian Customs Regulations &Import Policies.Tracking Shipments And Updating Management On Deliverytimeline. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Import Export Executive, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
