Billing Executive

A new Billing Executive role is open at Mad Java, Kolkata Maidan, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹12,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Accounts payable, MS Excel, TDS, Tally
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and numerate
