What you will do
As a Customer Relationship Officer (Cro), your work will include:
- You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
- You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients
- Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
- Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
