Business Developement Required For Real Estate Company. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Target achievement, Lead generation and Local market knowledge
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
