Magic Traders wants to bring on a Customer Success Executive for its Kumaraswamy Layout, Bengaluru team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Manage Operations
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
