Magicbox Animation Private Limited is looking for an Admin And Accounts Executive to join its team in Kodambakkam, Chennai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting
