Responsible For Handling Customer Calls, Scheduling Service Appointments, And Following Up On Service Due Vehicles. Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Customer-Centric Approach, And Basic Computer Knowledge. Prior Experience In Telecalling Or The Automobile Industry Will Be Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi and Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
