Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Mahadev Industries is looking for a Business Development Manager (Bdm) to join its team in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Bdm Cum Team Leader Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Negotiation, CRM and Customer handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and persuasive

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
