An Accessories Executive Manages The End-To-End Sales, Inventory, And Marketing Of Accessory Products, Focusing On Maximizing Revenue Through Product Promotion, Merchandising, And Customer Service. They Analyze Market Trends, Oversee, And Train Staff, And Ensure High-Quality, Vendor-Sourced Products Are Available, Particularly In Automotive Or Reta. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and calm under pressure
