A Service Advisor Is The Main Link Between Vehicle Owners And The Repair Shop. They Greet Customers, Listen To Car Problems, Write Up Repair Orders, And Explain The Mechanic'S Findings In Clear, Simple Words. They Also Give Price Estimates, Call With Status Updates, And Make Sure The Customer Is Happy When Picking Up The Car. Car Servicing, Bike Servicing, Truck Servicing, Detailing, Painting

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What you get

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
