An Accounts Manager Acts As A Crucial Link Between A Company And Its Clients, Focusing On Nurturing Relationships, Ensuring Client Satisfaction, And Driving Revenue Growth By Managing Existing Accounts, Addressing Needs, Resolving Issues, And Identifying Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunities Post-Sale. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Documentation, Customer acquisition, MS Excel, KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
