Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
