Accounts Administrator

Maheshwari Trading Company is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join its team in Botad, Bhavnagar. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, Bank reconciliation and Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are numerate and organised
