Account Executive

Manage Purchase And Sales Entries, Record Customer And Vendor Payments, Maintain Gst And Accounting Records, Perform Bank Reconciliation, Update Zoho Books/Tally, Prepare Reports, Follow Up On Outstanding Payments, Verify Invoices, And Coordinate With Sales And Inventory Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You will coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable and Tally
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are accurate and numerate
