Responsible For Handling And Analysing Data, Preparing Records, Maintaining Files, Tally, Payroll. Handle All Crew Documentation, Including Contracts, Certifications, Visas, And Compliance Records.Coordinate With Crew Members Via Phone Calls And Emails For Updates, Queries, And Scheduling.Maintain Accurate Digital Records Of Crew Details, Communications, And Document Statuses In Company Systems. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Computer

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
