Malena Distributors LLP has an opening for a Collection Executive / Officer based in Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Ro, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

1. Field Collection. 2. Constant Follow Up With Customer. 3. Daily Report And Target Achievements. 4. Maintain A Good Relationship With Customer. 5. Briefing Client Regarding Invoice System & Transparent Their Doubts, If Any. 7. Responsible To Handle Difficult Parties I.E. Hard Bucket Cases.

Key responsibilities

As a Collection Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Excel, Compliance, Documentation, Financial products
• Male Only
• No English required
• Freshers can apply

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
