We Need An Executive Assistant Cum Office Admin For Our Scaffolding Business To Handle Office Work, Records, Documentation , Calls, Emails, Payment Follow-Up, And Coordination With Clients And Site Staff. Basic Excel, Word, Email Knowledge, Good Communication, Punctuality, Honesty, And Admin Experience Preferred. Must Have Payment Followup Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
