Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹34,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Hindi, English
• A detail-oriented, persuasive attitude
