Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Skills: Complaint handling, Active listening, Hindi and English, CRM tools
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, polite attitude

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
