What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Complaint handling, Verbal communication and Active listening
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, customer-first attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
