Malik Financial Services is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in Sector-9, Karnal. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Active listening, Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
