Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹38,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Punjabi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi, English
