Key responsibilities

As an Urgent Hiring Collection Telecaller..., your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
