Mandi Bistro wants to bring on an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Miyapur, Hyderabad team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Oversee Operations In Hotels, Restaurants, Or Event Spaces To Deliver Excellent Service. Manage Staff, Coordinate Budgets, And Ensure Compliance With Standards. Implement Strategies To Improve Guest Satisfaction And Business Performance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Communication, Hygiene standards, Food & beverage service and Billing / POS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone energetic and well groomed
