A new Hr Executive role is open at Maniifest Empowering Solutions Private Limited, Gandhi Dam, Gandhidham. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
