Handle Hard Recovery Cases And Follow Up With Customers For Overdue Payments.Make Regular Hu Calls And Conduct Field Visits For Payment Collection Whenever Required.Communicate With Customers Regarding Pending Dues, Repayment Schedules And Settlements.Handle Difficult And Delayed-Payment Cases Professionally And Effectively.Negotiate With Customers To Achieve Suitable Payment Solutions.Maintain Accurate Records Of Recovery Efforts, Customer Interactions And Payments.Coordinate With The Recovery, Operations And Legal Teams For Escalated Cases.Achieve Assigned Monthly Recovery Targets. Languages : English, Hindi

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
