1)Plan And Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns Across Google Ads, Meta Ads, And Other Relevant Digital Platforms.2)-Create And Optimize Campaigns For Lead Generation And Customer Acquisition.3)Manage Campaign Budgets, Bidding Strategies, Targeting, Placements, And Audience Segments.4)Monitor Key Metrics Such As Cpl, Cac, Ctr, Cpc, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, And Roi/Roas.5)-Continuously Test And Optimize:Ad Creativesad Copiesaudiencescampaign Structures 6)Analyze Lead Quality And Identify Which Campaigns, Audiences, And Creatives Are Generating Revenue.7)-Prepare Regular Performance Reports And Provide Actionable Insights.Set Up And Monitor Conversion Tracking, Pixels, Utm Parameters, And Analytics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Track campaign performance and optimise for leads and cost
• Research competitors, audiences and market trends
• Report results with clear, actionable insights
• Support events, promotions and brand activations
• Plan and run campaigns across social, search and offline channels

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Content planning
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone creative and curious

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
