Looking For Marketing Executive To To Marketing Of Pharmaceutical Products Over Call. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Comfortable with Verbal communication, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Complaint handling
  • Female Only
  • Basic English
  • 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
  • Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
  • Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
  • Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
  • Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
  • Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
