Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Record Management

What the job involves

• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.

• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record Management

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
