Manorama Textiles is hiring an Hr Manager in Salt Lake, Kolkata. There are 12 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and confidential

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
