The salary for this role is ₹24,000 – ₹36,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
