Back Office Executive

Maple is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Vashi West, Mumbai. There are 15 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
