Account Assistant

Looking for an Account Assistant role in Kothrud, Pune? Maps & Company is hiring now. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹5,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• You'll support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.

Salary

Compensation: ₹3,500 – ₹5,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Accounts receivable, GST, Tally, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
