Day-to-day work

• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
