Review Whatsapp Groups Location-Wise, Download Survey Reports, Photos, And Letters, And Maintain Customer-Wise Records. Prepare Survey Reports In Online Software/Portal. Coordinate With Customers And Surveyors For Updates And Operations. Maintain Daily Work Records And Mis In Excel. Prepare Client-Wise Billing Lists And Coordinate With Accounts For Invoicing. Candidates Must Be Responsible, Organized, And Able To Multitask Effectively.Further Details Regarding Responsibilities And Workflow Will Be Discussed At The Time Of Interview. Candidate profile

• Open to freshers

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
