Drive Branch Sales, Achieve Monthly Targets, Lead The Sales Team, Generate New Clients, Improve Client Retention, Promote Salon Services, Track Daily Kpis, And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Maximize Revenue And Overall Branch Performance.

Your responsibilities

As a Branch Sales Manager, your work will include:

• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM, Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Presentation
• Basic English
