Mart Visa Consultancy is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Sector-37, Chandigarh. Freshers can apply. The team is filling 30 vacancies. You can earn up to ₹17,000/month.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and CRM tools
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
