Billing Assistant

Master Light House is looking for a Billing Assistant to join its team in College Road, Nashik. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Tally, TDS, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
