* Manage The Managing Director'S Calendar, Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Schedules.* Handle All Correspondence, Emails, Phone Calls, And Official Communications.* Prepare Reports, Presentations, Meeting Agendas, And Minutes.* Coordinate With Internal Departments And External Stakeholders.* Ensure Timely Follow-Up On Assigned Tasks And Pend. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
