Matrix Science Academy Ravet is looking for an Office Admin to join its team in Ravet, Pune. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed and Basic Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• An organised, dependable attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
