Matrix Traders is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in Civil Lines, Ludhiana. The pay goes up to ₹11,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

As a Back Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude
