Mauli Enterprises has an opening for a Collection Executive / Officer based in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

The Role Of The Collection Process Is To Recover Outstanding Debts, Improve A Company'S Cash Flow, And Mitigate Financial Risk. It Involves A Structured Approach To Managing Overdue Accounts Through Communication, Negotiation, And Sometimes Legal Action, While Also Aiming To Maintain Customer Relationships Where Possible. Voice Should Be Good. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Day-to-day work

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
• Someone detail-oriented and persuasive

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
